WILY FOX ran well at Epsom recently and should go close at Folkestone tomorrow. The Epsom form is working out well as the winner that day has won again and WILY FOX has been dropped 1 pound by the handicapper so he is entitled to go close this time. He has come out of the Epsom race really well and may have improved a bit for the run. Hopefully there will still be some cut in the ground, if they get any more rain it should help him. The track should suit him, the only unknown is that it is right handed and he has only run on left handed tracks for us before. From the way he goes at home there is nothing to suggest that he needs to go left handed so it hopefully won't be a problem for him. He must have a decent chance tomorrow.
SUZI'S A CLASS ACT heads for Yarmouth tomorrow where the ground will be good to firm which should suit her. James thought she would need soft ground as she is by Act One and all his progeny seem to need soft ground. 12 furlong on fast ground should be her ideal conditions and it is a step down in class for her too. On the way she works at home she is more than capable of winning a race at this level. Let's hope she can bounce back tomorrow and show her true form on the track.
