WESTER ROSS steps up in trip at Ascot tomorrow when he runs over 2 miles 6 furlongs. He gives the impression he will stay up to 3 miles so tomorrow is a stepping stone to see if this is the case. It will give him some more options if he does. The horse is in good form at home and the ground should be fine for him. The handicapper has not dropped him since his last run at Taunton but he should hopefully run a decent race.
