In form Cavendish runs at Newbury today

CAVENDISH is declared to run in the 5pm race at Newbury today, a 2 mile handicap. James Eustace was in two minds whether to run him because of the ground but having talked to Richard Houghes, who rides him today, he will run as long as the ground is not too quick by later on this afternoon. The horse is in good form and has been running well so should run a big race. The outside draw is a slight disadvantage as he is usually a bit slowly away but hopefully he will be able to overcome this.
