Blue Peter Racing are having a busy spell with both horses running on consecutive days. FARSIGHTED makes her racecourse debut tomorrow evening at Nottingham. James Eustace is hoping the ground will have dried up considerably so it is not too testing for her first run. She has been working nicely at home so is expected to run a nice race. WHISTLEUPTHEWIND is making the long journey to Chepstow on Friday evening to run in a mile handicap. She ran her best race of the season to date over a stiff 7 furlongs on soft ground at Newmarket last time so she should get the mile on this easier track. She will again be ridden by K.May and he claims 7 pounds which brings her weight down to 8st 3lbs.
FLASH OF FIRE is due to run in a 6 furlong maiden at Ascot on Friday. He has run twice to date so far. The stiffer track and 6 furlongs should be more in his favour. The only other possible runner this week is ANATOLIAN PRINCE at Nottingham on Saturday, but he may get balloted out. James Eustace is experimenting by dropping him back in trip to 6 furlongs to see if it helps him. He has been a a bit disappointing over further this season so lets hope the change in trip will bring an improvement in form.
