WIND PACE AND SHO faces 19 rivals in the 2 mile 5 furlong handicap at Goodwood tomorrow and Ryan Tate takes the ride. He won the Pontefract Cup last time out over 2 miles 2 furlongs so the trip should be ideal. The only slight question mark will be the track itself as he has not run there before. He seems in very good form at home and has been aimed at this race. It is obviously a competitive race and he will need a bit of luck in running but if he handles the track he could run a big race.
FOLLY BERGERE runs tomorrow evening at Sandown in the same race that WIND PLACE AND SHO won last year. It would be nice if she could follow suit. It is a mile and 6 furlong handicap and she is drawn 5 of the 6 runners. The trip should suit her and she has run well at the track before. The slight unknown is the going as she has not run on such a quick surface before. If she does handle the ground she should run a good race tomorrow.
