It a busy day tomorrow with 3 runners on the flat at 2 different meetings. LONGSIDE starts proceedings at Lingfield. He runs over 12 furlongs for the first time and is drawn 12 of 12 runners. He had his first run after a break at Kempton recently over 10 furlongs and ran well, he stayed on well in the straight and looks as if the step up in trip should suit him. Luke Morris takes the ride and he could run well at a big price tomorrow.
NEXT TRAIN'S GONE makes his debut at Kempton in a mile maiden. He is drawn 8 of the 12 runners and Graham Lee rides. He is the last foal out of the mare, Coh Sho No, who is also the dam of WIND PLACE AND SHO, IRON CONDOR and AT THE MONEY. He is a very nice prospect and she has possibly saved her best to last. He is a big horse, bred to stay a trip, but he should run a respectable race and is a horse for the future.
CHIEF SPIRIT is the final runner of the day. He also runs at Kempton in a 11 furlong handicap. He is drawn 5 of the 14 runners and is also ridden by Graham Lee. He has been gelded since his last run and has done really well physically so will probably need this run. We were keen to run him over this trip on this track with a view to stepping him up to 12 furlongs in the future.
